Your tasks lie in the planning & optimization of process flows for our customers worldwide. This includes the planning of production processes, the definition of optimal work sequences/contents as well as the implementation of workshops in an international environment (e.g. USA, China, Spain etc.).

What you bring
- Degree in engineering/ economics or similar.
- Professional experience in relevant fields
- Motivation to improve existing process flows
- Knowledge of methods in planning & logistics processes (MTM, Lean, Six Sigma, Industry 4.0)
- First experience in project management/industrial engineering, digital planning methods
- Structured, independent & implementation-oriented way of working
- Analysis, conflict, coordination & facilitation skills
- Assertiveness, professionalism, team spirit
- Willingness to travel, flexibility
- Besides English, another foreign language (e.g. Spanish) would be an advantage
